บทคัดย่อ

                การทำงานเป็นไปตามขั้นตอน และเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล สามารถนำสู่ความสำเร็จของการศึกษา การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัญหากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ 2) การพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ 3) ความเหมาะสมการพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ 4) ผลสำเร็จการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูผู้สอน 5) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน 6) ความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์  ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้อย่างมีส่วนร่วม กับประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ รวม 70 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากแบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินและแบบศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน การทดสอบค่า t- test  และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ F-test วิเคราะห์ประเด็นเชิงเนื้อหาข้อค้นพบนำเสนอประกอบความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัญหากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

2. การพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่ง มี 5 ด้าน คือ การวางแผน  การสร้างความเข้าใจและการให้ความรู้  การปฏิบัติการ  การสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ  การประเมินผล

3. ความเหมาะสมการพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4. ผลสำเร็จการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด  

5. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยปีการศึกษา 2557 สูงกว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยปีการศึกษา 2556 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

6. ความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstracts

            The working follows steps and teams work on efficiency was to successful of the education. The objective in studies of; 1) the problem state of achievement administrational process, 2) the development of achievement administrational process, 3) the levels of  development on achievement administrational process, 4) the successful to learning manage of teachers, 5) the achievement of students 6) the content mental of development on achievement administrational process. The methodology were mixed and participatory action learning with the key information to data by  questionnaire, evolutional, field study due to data analysis on  descriptive statistics, mean average, standard deviation, t-test, F-test. The fielding shows:

           1. The problem state of achievement administrational process have to most levels.

           2. The development of achievement administrational process were as; planning, information, doing, reinforcing and evaluating.

              3. The levels of development on achievement administrational process have to most levels.

              4. The successful to learning manage of teachers have to most levels.

              5. The achievement of students in 2014 more than in 2013 was to different with statistical significance at .01.

              6. The content mental of development on achievement administrational process have to most levels and have manner relation to statistical significance at .01.
