Valentine's Day began over 1500 years ago in Rome, Italy. It was the day people believed birds got married. Now we celebrate Valentine's Day on February 14th. It is simetimes called  " Love Day" or " Sweet heart Day".Many people give candy or flowers on Valentine's Day. They also write Valentine's Day cards. Some people write sweet cards

      Boyfriends and girlfriends, husbands and  wives write Valentine's cards to each other. Many times boys and girls write their names on the card, and sometimes they don't . They want their names to be  secret. It also a day when children gives Valentine cards to all their friends, parents and teachers. the lors of Valentine's Day are red, pink and white.   

        Valentine's cards are usually made of red and white paper, in the shape of a heart, with a poem inside.On Valentine's Day every classroom has a Valentine Party.The Cupid with his arrows is the symbol of Valentine's.
