On Thursday, June 1, 2022 at 10 am (Paris), 11 am (Riyadh), 1:30 pm (Delhi), 3 pm (Bangkok), 4 pm (Manila), and 6 pm (Melbourne), FIABCI World Council of Experts organized a webinar via ZOOM Online on Mass Appraisal for Taxation & Land Management.

Speakers:

- Mr.Gino Mitrione, Valuer at the City of Whittlesea and Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and has extensive experience in mass appraisal as the Manager of Property, Rates & Valuation Services to the City of Whittlesea for over 20 years.  He graduated from the RMIT, Melbourne.

- Sopon Pornchokchai, PhD D.FIABCI CRS MRICS He is the first in Thailand to built mass appraisal modeling in 1990 and has done for several land readjustment schemes. He had further property valuation training from LRTI-Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and from Katholieke Universiet Leuven.  He is President of FIABCI-Thai.
